Tax preparation

We provide comprehensive federal and state tax preparation serivces for both individuas and businesses. Our expertise covers a wide range of tax scenarios including complex individual returns, business filings, and rental real estate enterprises.

Here are some guidelines for what your return might cost:

Basic individual returns start at $350

Itemized deductions, retirement or investments start at $700

Business and rental real estate returns start at $900

The service fees for tax preparation are based on the time it takes for us to prepare and file your return meaning it will be affected by having multiple employers, investment accounts, businesses, rental properties or a combination of those.

Representation

When dealing with the IRS or state tax authorities, professional representation can make all the difference. Our tax representation services are designed to advocate on your behalf, protect your rights, and work toward the most favorable resolution possible. We handle a range of representation matters, including tax debt negotiation, audit representation and responding to IRS or state tax authority correspondence

Pricing and fees

Representation services are billed at $900 per hour. Due to the nature and complexity of these services, we may require a service deposit of $200, $500, or more prior to initiating work. The deposit amount will depend on the scope of the engagement and will be credited toward your final invoice.

Bookkeeping

Our bookkeeping service is designed to help business owners maintain clear, organized financial records that align with tax reporting requirements. We track your business revenue, categorize expenses for accurate tax filing, and help you distinguish between personal and business transactions in order. We make sure your books are clean and audit-ready.

Minimum fee $100 per month

Fees increase based on # of accounts (including credit cards) increasing by $100 per month every 1-2 additional accounts

Payroll management is $350$ quarterly

Each additional employee may add up $150 to the quarterly price

Payroll set up costs an additional $500 onboarding fee
